Commercial vendors may enter the grounds on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. for booth set-up. Sales may begin on Wednesday, April 18, at 8:00 a.m.  All commercial sales must end Saturday, April 21, at 2:00 p.m.  All booth material must be removed by 3:00 p.m.  Selling times are Wednesday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  In an effort to get the maximum use of room space, indoor booth sizes will be 5 feet by 8 feet including any table.  There will be NO 10’ X 10’s allowed indoors.  Unlimited Outdoor space is available with power.

 

Vendors are required to pay $44 per night for any support vehicle left on the grounds.  This payment can include full participation in the Samboree.   Full participation includes parking on the grounds with full hookups for four nights, access to all facilities, events, and entertainment for two people. [Note: All vehicles must fit in an assigned RV site].
