SOCAL GOOD SAM RALLY,  HEMET, CA “Cartoon Rally 2018”

Chapters and individuals that are planning to sell MUST register for a table in advance.  Selling space is limited to single eight-foot table.  The table will be furnished FREE of charge and assigned to you.  There is limited electricity available, and NO Sunday selling.  You must be able to transport your selling items to the building without using your RV.

Individuals may sell handmade arts and crafts only.  Chapters may sell articles other than hand made to benefit their treasury but may NOT sell commercially produced products, (ie: sunglasses, jewelry, new clothing, etc).  We are not there to compete with the vendors.  Indoor space may be limited, outdoors is an option to work with.  Raffles are fun and often conducted.  A one day open yard sale is being scheduled.  Be creative!

Chapter & Individual selling, as well as Chapter Raffles, will be held in the main building.  Selling times will be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday.  Saturday’s hours will be from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Chapters interested in conducting a raffle must clear that raffle item through the chairperson prior to the Samboree. Raffles will be on a first come, first served basis, so clear your registration early.  **Noise Makers must be kept at a low level**.  The application for Sales & Raffles will be accepted after Dec. 1, 2017.  One ticket color only per Chapter.  ALL tickets must have the Chapter name on the back, stamped or hand written.  All raffle tickets must be sold at the Samboree site only.  All raffles will be conducted on Saturday evening at 7:00 P.M. in front of the stage, (before the evening entertainment).  Deliver the raffle item as well as the ticket drum to the stage by 6:30 P.M.  Saturday evening.

When you arrive at the Samboree, please check in with the Chairperson regarding the location of your assigned table.  Tables must remain at their assigned location.  Registration forms must be received NLT April 1, 2018.
